- AVOID CHILLIES
-Eat lots of green vegetables
- Eat 2-3 raw tomatoes daily as it is rich in antioxidant known as
LYCOPENE.
- Use Tess or
kenacort gel inside the cheeks thrice daily over the thickened area of the cheek.
- give her Lycospring or SM Fibro softgels once daily
- Mouth Opening Exercises like blowing out cheeks as the maximum extent hold for 2-3 seconds and then relax, and other exercises as told by the
dentist.
