What Causes Difficulty In Passing Stool?

It like that I have the feel to go to toilet but as soon as I go i have use a lot of pressure but whatever it comes out is loose don know why and take some time then it will come normally without much problem for that I have to sit for one hourt If I relax

I can understand your concern, diet could be responsible for this and I would advise not to exert the force during defecation else it may cause some other problem like hemorrhoid.
Here in your case if you we think in some other way as long as the loose motion is concern then it may be due to infection and it may be protozoa infection I would suggest to try single dose therapy on tentative basis for that.
medication:- Sacnidazole 1 g single dose, hope this information helps.
