What Causes Difficulty In Passing Stools And Gas Formation?

I ve been having trouble passing a bowel movement since yesterday, it feels like I have to go but when I tried, I only passed gas, which let out some mucus discharge. also when I finally passed a bowel it was only one little droplet covered with mucus..embarrassing question I know..but I need to know what s going on.also it is very itchy.

Hi welcome to health care magic

You are according to history having functional bowel problem leading constipation....

Small amount of mucus can present in stool when high fatty diet taken...
If needed stool examination can be done

Daily drink two to three litre water

Avoid high fatty meals

Green leafy vegetables, fruits, fiber foods, wheat bran, carrot etc taken more

Regular exerise done

You can be given digene like syrup for relief from acidity and gas

If no improvement than USG done to exclude organic cause

Consult physician for examination
