I am a 65 year old female .. recently I realized I could no longer cross my right leg over my left to (for example) apply cream to my foot .. and just plain crossing my right leg seems very awkward. I can squat down and have no hip pain. Any possible reason.

Welcome to HCM hello,there are two possibilities one there may be a sprain other osteoporosis has set in to confirm you have to vist a orthopedic and get an x-ray done,Kindly take milk,egg to improve your calcium level Thanks ,hope this helps you
