What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing And Frequent Need To Urinate?

I have difficulty swallowing to the point that i can barely eat. I also am urinating more than usual. I saw a doctor this morning and he did blood work. He said it was normal and he wasnt sure what was wrong. The swallowing problem began yesterday. He gave me a shot and antibiotic. Any suggestions????

You could be having a urinary tract infection and also some inflammation in the throat- the antibiotic should help and the blood work would mostly be normal; a urine test would be more helpful.
Do some warm saline gargles, eat soft and bland foods and drink lots of water- hope that helps!
