Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Difficulty in swallowing due to many cause like infections, oral ulcers or gastroesophageal reflux disease or nut cracker esophagus or achalasia cardia etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Also if it is associated with breathing then may be possibility of viral flu or anemia etc.
Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use decongestant medication, consult your ENT specialist/physician they will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
