What Causes Difficulty In Taking Deep Breath And Tightness In Upper Back Muscles?

I have had a hard time getting a deep breath without yawning, upper back muscles are tight. I did
strain my shoulders a week or more ago, have had chiro and massage and still am not getting the relief I
would like.
Not sure if I should see a doctor, I have tried my puffers for a few days and not much difference. They
were from pneumonia I had last year.
