What Causes Difficulty In Urinating And Blood In Urine?

I'm having a hard time peeing and when I pee, it feels painful and there's blood in it. Then I had a urinalysis lately, aside from abundant pus found in my urine, they also found sperm in my urine. Does this mean I'm pregnant? Or is there a possibility that I'm pregnant?

Hello dear,welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It looks like you are suffering from an urinary tract infection. You should do an uroculture abd take right antibiotic for it.
The fact that they found spermstozoids in urine means that they passed from your genital tract to conteiner doesn't show that you are pregnant.
Do a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant or not.
