What Causes Difficulty In Urination And Blood In Stool?

I Have a problem in urine.It is not coming properly and taking time .i have done urine test and scan also,no problems showing in reports.but doctor saying that due to gas ,i had problem,
please Advise me.it is true ,due to gas urine problem will come & after motion blood also coming
