What Causes Difficulty In Urination And Weight Loss?

my husband having diffulty in passing water,he trys to shake his lower tummy to make the water come out,very painfull,after a great sruggle he able to pass.he is suffering more than two years.very depressing condition,he is losing weight.please help me with your good advice.
