What Causes Difficulty In Urination & Pain In The Anus?
sir i have urine problem since last one and half year . doctor has done sestoscopy. and said that your urine tract is clear . but i am unable to void in standing position but able to void in sitting after some pressure . i am feeling contiuous light pain below my anus and when i am tens or some negative thought come the pain increases and it create problem in voiding. i want to know thatthis problem may be neurological. or what is the problem plz. help me.

Possible urethral spasm from various issues can give associated referred pain with spasm involving anal muscles.
A thorough clinical examination with per vaginal and per rectal examination is a must to proceed ahead for the final diagnosis as there can be a constellation of tests required as uroflowmetry, sigmoidoscopy or others.
