What Causes Difficulty In Urination While Travelling On Coach?
Yesterday i had a real scare when i was travelling on a coach. I tried several times to urinate and despite feeling like i needed to burst it took nearly one hour. Is this something i should worry about? Everything seems to have returned to normal now but it did give me a fright.
I think the problems while urinating could be due to 2 main problems: - shaking and trauma while travelling on a coach. Perhaps any small urinary stones might be passing - depending on the time you've been travelling on a coach, you might have not consumed enough water and fluids, so might have gone dehydrated. This has changed the urine pH to more acidic, causing the bursting problems you experienced.
Drink plenty of fluids. Keep well hydrated. Take cranberry supplement. Take paracetamol for the discomfort. Run urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
