What Causes Difficulty In Urination?

hi, my psa is 5.4 and i have urinal flow some times stop n go and some times regular especially when i getup middle of the night to urinate it is stop n go and the stream is very thin doctors said they will check my psa again in three months. but i just started feeling little discomfort and a minor pain below navel. it is distracting me from my routine life style. what can i do ?
