As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
Unless your age is known,it's difficult to suggest a cause for your symptoms.
Your symptoms may be due to several different causes,so do these tests :
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT,PSA and platelets.
3. uroflowmetry test.
4. ultrasound scan -KUB,with residual urine.
According to the reports,proper diagnosis and treatment can be given.
