What Causes Difficulty In Walking While On Pravachol, Prilosec And Niacin?

My husband has started having difficulty walking, wanting to lean forward and fall, also cannot get out of bed by himself. He is on Garapentin 10 mg bid, Pravachol 40 mg, Plavix 75 mg, ASa 325 mg, Niacin 500 mg, Vitamin D 400 mg, CoQ10, 200 mg, Corag 12.5 mg bid, Cozaar 25 mg, Vitamin E 800 mg,Proscar 5 mg, Prilosec 20 mg, and insulin. Could a combination of these drugs cause this?

Hello Dear. Muscle stiffness and difficulty in walking can be a potential side effect of Pravachol. Kindly consult your doctor if the drug has to be changed. To give you more information some of the most common side effect of Pravachol are

1. Difficulty with moving
2. muscle or bone pain
3. muscle stiffness
4. pain in the joints
5. pain, localized
