Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Problem : During pre sexual contact my organ erect normally but after few second its suddenly become down. I am unable to satisfy my life partner. Please help me and advise.
This is called erectile dysfunction (ED). We need to find out the cause by: 1. Doing some blood tests like testosterone, lipid profile and blood sugar 2. Examination of your genital organs.
At this age, ED may be related to the risk of developing heart disease. So, please have healthy lifestyle, avoid high calorie diet, smoking and alcohol. Get rid of stress. Try kegel exercise. If the problem persists, please take medicines ONLY after consulting doctor. please do not take any OTC (over the counter) medications.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sujoy Dasgupta, OB & GYN Specialist
