What Causes Difficulty To Take Breath And Tightness In Stomach?

Hello sir my pappa can t take breath properly from last 2 weeks his feel like suffocation he told his stool and gas not pass properly and tightness feeling in stomach when I visit hospital for checking purpose then Dr told he don t have any problem his oxygen reports are OK his all test reports are normal he don t have any problem they told ur pappa having psychological problem. Actually I don t understand what he is suffering problem , we all family members getting in trouble. Plz Dr advice me what can I do

I can understand your concern.
Chest pain with breathlessness are commonly seen in bronchitis and lung infection. IF his chest x ray is normal, no need to worry for lung infection.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is needed for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
It will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).

Don't worry, he will be alright.
