What Causes Digestion Problems And Stomach Pain?
I am suffering from gastric diaturbances from 10 years.i have very sluggish digestion. Sleep is disturbed everyday due to stomach distress and gnawing inever have pain in the stomach.i take enzyme tabs regularly. Got endoscopy done its normal.i eat controlled diet less spicy and always fresh food.i am 45 years old. Please help.
