What Causes Dilated Pupils After The Eye Exam?

Hello,

I had an eye exam yesterday afternoon. My pupils are still slightly dilated but have been in excruciating pain for the last 20 hours or so. Is this due to the amount of rapid movement (muscle strain) during the exam or could it be from the dilation itself?

It may be related to glaucoma. Measure IOT and it can be confirmed. dilatation of pupil sets in angle closer so the cause is due to dilatation of pupil..
