What Causes Discharge From Eye?

Hi when I move my right eye from left to right and vice versa I feel that some layer from the eye is come out and then place on its place itself.I dont know is it any infection or not??I also I have eye floters.Please help me with this problem.I have a 9 numbers in both the eyes.

floaters are degenerative bodies in vetrious. it moves with eye movment. it can be detected by fundus examination by eye doctor. soget it examined by eye doctor for proper diagnosis. it is not infection. you have said 9numbers, should itake it as -9 specs in botheye. if youare myopic then floaters are most likely tobe there. frequent review is essential to rule out tear or detachment.
