What Causes Discharge Of Brown Blood?
I am 34 weeks preg w my sixth baby and for the last three days have been having lots of brown blood coming out. I am already dilated and 75% effaced. I am contracting and they hurt more than usual but they're not consistent yet. I do have an increase in pelvic pressure and pain. Is this something that can wait till my apt next week? I'm just nervous about the brown blood mostly!

Thanks for posting your query. I understand your concerns. Brown discharge during last trimester is a matter of concern. As you are already getting labour pain along with it, you need to consult yourgynecologist soon as possible.
Do an ultrasound abdomen done. Also do fetal NST to rurule oout any untoward complications.
