Hi,
It is possible that you may have a ruptured cyst as there is issue of clear fluid along with cramping pain. Sometimes, the pain may become severe and unbearable leading to symptoms of shock. The presence of the cyst can also cause delayed cycles due to hormone imbalances. In the current scenario, you should see a specialist for a complete evaluation and get a trans-vaginal sonogram to see if there is actually a cyst that has ruptured. Hormone supplements may be needed to correct the cycles and also prevent further cyst formation, if any. Hope this helps.
