What Causes Discharge Of Orange Blood From Rectum?

I went to the toilet today thinking i was going to have diarhoea but only passed some discharge with orangey blood from my rectum . What could this be ? I am a 31 year old female. 4ft 11 in height and weigh 8 stone 13. I am generally fit and healthy.
