What Causes Discharge Of Tiny Reddish-brownish Tissue After Sex?

My husband and I got carried away last night and sort of had rough sex, right after I went to urinate tiny redish-brownish tissue was in there. I feel little pain/sore and I'm still passing those tissues this morning.Should I be worried? What are those tissues?

Some times during aggresive intercourse there will be a tendency of epithelial rupture what you had....nothing to worry
