What Causes Discharge Of White Chunky Substance From Penis?

Hi, in the last two days I have had sex with my girlfriend twice but did not ejaculate because we were interrupted by other people. On the third day I noticed a white chunky substance that looked thicker then seamen come out of my penis while I was peeing and pooping. Could this just be a build up of seamen?
