I have noticed a clear sometimes yellow jelly like mucus comI have noticed a clear sometimes yellow jelly like mucus coming from anus when trying to have a bowel movement and occasionaly very light bleeding just tiny speckles of bright red sometimes pink blood the blood isnt always present just when I strain no other symtoms reall

There are various reasons for such issue with bowel movements as - GI infection - colitis - proctitis - hemorrhoid - developing fistula in ano - bleeding diathesis - others.
