What Causes Discoloration Around My Anus, The Skin Around My Buttocks Sticking Together, And The Red, Worm-like Appearance On My Scrotum?

The skin around my anus is discolored its like a grey is color around anus. Plus its like my butt cheeks are stuck together i can t see any of the hair that is oround my anus unless I pry my butt cheeks apart. I noticed while pulling them apart I had black lines running down into the raised area of my buttons. It even goes up to my scrotum and public area. My scrotum looks like its red and kind of looks like worms is the only way to describe it. What is wrong with me?
