What Causes Discoloration Near Prostate Area After Falling From Tree?
I fell from a tree (about 6ft) . I hit the ground on a tree limb. Now my hip bone not my tail bone is brusied and black and blue. It hurts like I would expect it to. But today I noticed the area near my prostate is also black and blue. It is not uncomfortable and I am having no problems. Just wondering if I should go to have it checked since it is in the prostate area.

I will advise you ultrasound examination and if required CT scan of internal injury.
There can be haematoma due to injury.
It will take long time for discolouration to subside.
you can do ice fomentation over injury.
Enzymes like trypsin and chymotrypsin may help.
watch for any changes in colour of urine.
