What Causes Discoloration On Head Of Penis With Spots?
The head of my penis has a discoloration to it like a patch, and now another has appeared to the left of it and other spots on the shaft ? went to my Doctor and he thought it was Jock itch or yeast infection he gave me an antiibodic which had not help what do i do now

As per your case-history we need more clinical history and examination to reach to perfect diagnosis.
There are many causes for pigmentation on penis like- it may be herpes infection or a yeast infection or any non-infectious cause like vitiligo or maybe drug reaction like FDR.
It is advisable to consult a dermatologist for further examination.
You can apply clotrimazole cream till you consult a dermatologist.
