Sir I feel discomfort and fullness in the rectum always.Rectum has to be kept clean and empty always to feel fresh and comfortable. I loose balance in the head even a little stool or flatus is left behind in the rectum.face becomes pale and tinkling , Wind is traped at regular intervals .eyes doesn t get strength at this time.pls help me

For this I will advise you to take high fibre diet, add a probiotic, take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, take plenty of fluids and take capsule simethicone.
