What Causes Discomfort Below The Ribcage?

I have this sensation right below my rib cage, right side abdomen area that feels like a baby kicking. I'm not pregnant. It doesn't hurt. It's been for about 2 months. Multiple times throughout the day. Yes, I do have some gas, but not any more than I normally do. Any thoughts?
