What Causes Discomfort Ear And Soreness On Scalp Of Head?

This started yesterday morning when I woke up with slight discomfort mostly if I touched it on the top of my ear and behind the top part of my ear and also scalp of head was a little sore as well...then later that evening as I began to rub my ear because behind it was beginning to itch a little and was feeling a bit warm I noticed that there had developed a few small size bumps there ...today its itching and still feeling a bit warm....more bumps have formed..and still hurts a little when i touch it just wondering what this could be or be related to...just to mention I had two teethe pull the left side very back a d was taking amoxiin to prevent infection...took them all as of three or four days ago...can you help?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some infection due to extraction of teeth giving rise enlarged, sore post auricular lymph nodes.
Continue with antibiotic amoxicilin full course.
Do antiseptic gargles.
Ok and take care.
