What Causes Discomfort Feeling Under Ribs Post Intercourse?

hi, after sexual intercourse, I noticed discomfort under my right rib that came and went. Then I had cervical adenopathy after several months. Now the discomfort is more and more common and an upper endoscopy revealed I had mild esophagitis and gastritis. All labs (chemistry and CBC) came out normal and came out neg for HIV and HCV.
