What Causes Discomfort In Between The Buttocks?

Im having this problem where my butt cheeks and crack stick together when i sit/lay down and its really uncomfortable. And im having trouble sleeping because of it. I wash and wipe the area very well but nothing seems to help. This has been going on for months.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having intertrigo.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
