What Causes Discomfort In Butt Hole And Little Blood?
I have this wired feeling around my butt hole. There is zero pain. Two days ago it was itchy but I was in school so not much I could do. When I got home I wiped my butt with a moist wipe very little amount of light red blood was on the wipe and on my underwear appeared to be a yellowish color but a little but. Second day when I was using my wipes it was burning but today no burn or nothing just a wired discomfort feeling. Not sure what it is or what it could be?

It looks to me like perianal disease which may be fistula or abscess. You need to do proctologic examination to see what is happening. Most commonly these are benign lesions such as hemorrhoids, polyps and fiissure but as I said, it should be evaluated so that treatment can be started...
