What Causes Discomfort In Lowest Rib Area?
i
within the last 2.5 weeks i have discomfort in my side at lowest rib area on
right side..i feel it when sitting and reaching towards left hand side with
right hand also if i reach around my lower rib slightly towards my back and push
in it pains .I do a lot of freestyle kayaking and it involves a nice bit of
torso rotation.have calmed down over last week.
