What Causes Discomfort In Oesophagus On Right Side Of Throat?
Discomfort in esophagus on right side of throat, right lower chest through to my back. Lasts anywhere from 5 to 20 mins. Not triggered by eating. I am a 38-year-old male, I weigh about 195, and I am 5' 11". I have been having this for about a month and a half.

Lower oesophageal discomfort, symtoms not specified, radiating to back, present since one month, not associated with eating , needs to be clinically evaluated.
Most probable cause can be acid reflux.
You can take proton pump inhibitors + prokinetcs drug one tablet before food in morning.
Apart from this, any other probable cause can't be diagnosed with out clinically examination.
