Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Praveen G's Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM,
It is more common than some people think. Pain during sex is very painful to a woman. She cries of the pain but she wants to please her husband and enjoy sex as well and that is not happening.
The pain or discomfort in the abdomen after sex may be due to 1.It could be a cyst which will cause this kind of pain. 2.Bladder infection which will cause pain directly under the navel. 3.Irritated or bruised uterus, 4.Vaginismus
It will not correct itself overnight. I would suggest you to consult your gynecologist for complete evaluation and treatment. Thank you.
