What Causes Discomfort In Stomach And Sharp Chest Pain After Intercourse?

My girlfriend and I had sex for the first time 8 days ago. I did not ejaculate inside her and then we did it again 4 days ago and again I did not ejaculate inside her but I'm assuming I had pre-cum. We did not use any protection because I had planned on not doing that in her and I read that pre-cum does not contain sperm cells if you had urinated after the last ejeculaton and my last had been days prior. I keep telling myself it seem impossible that she could be pregnant but she keeps saying that she feels sick to her stomach sometimes and when she lays on her stomach she has sharp pain between her chest and belly button. Does this mean anything or are we freaking out over nothing?

Hello,

Pain between her chest and navel commonly occur due to GERD, acidity, gastritis, etc. She can take antacids or PPIs to get relieve from the pain she is experiencing. She should get relief, if not, she is advised to get clinically examined by a GP. Get blood tests, imaging tests done to rule out IBS, appendicitis, obstructed bowel, gastroenteritis, pregnancy, umbilical hernia, peptic ulcer, etc.

Though you are sure you did not ejaculate into her, get her clinically examined by a gynecologist so that it is confirmed that she is not pregnant. She will have to get ultrasonography (uterus and fallopian) tube done to rule out pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy. She should preferably sleep on her sides than on her stomach. Help her stay relaxed.

She should avoid taking hot, spicy, oily food for a couple of days. She should take home made food. She should not miss meals and take adequate amount of water and fluids. She should take veggies, fruits, berries, well-cooked whole cereals, eggs, lean meat and easily digestible food. She should avoid constipation and take laxatives if needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
