What Causes Discomfort In Testicle Area?

Hello, I am 39 years old no kids never married. I felt an uncomfortable feeling in my testicle area when i crossed my legs. after i readjusted it was okay again. i was wearing jeans and have put on some weight. i am sure its not a big deal but did feel unique.. can you explain what may have happened?

1.The above symptoms can be seen in case of any inflammatory changes in the testis.
2.Othere possible cause presence of any fluid collection also shows similar symptoms with increased in size.
3.Ideal investigation of choice in any discomfort is to get an ultrasound scan done.
4.Ultrasound will give exact cause for the discomfort - its investigation of choice.
5.Mean while as a symptomatic you can have a course of antibiotics, that will help. Good luck.
