What Causes Discomfort In The Cheeks?

the insides of my cheek feel raw by the lower back molars of my mouth. it almost seems like a tear, one on the lower left, and one on the lower right. they have been there for about two weeks and not really getting much better. what could this be, and what can i clean it with?

It might be because of friction between the rough edges of molar and the cheeks. I will advise you to visit the dentist, and make the edges smooth and see the difference or you can take his opinion.
