My upper lip feels a pulling on the corners when i smile, sometimes one side more than the other. It is very uncomfortable to smile sometimes. It also feels a bit sore around those areas and the shape and texture of my lip feels different. I know i shouldnt feel it with my tongue too much and i try not too but sometimes i do and it just makes it worse. This has been going on for almost a year now, but i used to be able to ignore it. it has progressively got worse, and it used to be on only one side of my upper lip but now it is on both sides. I dont know what to do i have no idea what it is and i am tired of it please help
it could be due to deficiency of vitamin B2 (riboflavin ) it's called angular chelitis . do not try to make it wet with ur saliva . use B-complex tablets once daily (which contain b2) for 10 days .
