This has been going on for about 6 months now.....I will bend down below the knees or lean forward and I feel a discomfort in the middle of my upper back and I can feel my heart beating but it gets uncomfortable and hurts. My heart beat seems to slow down a little too....very uncomfortable and seems to go away once I stand back up again...any help would be greatly appreciated
