What Causes Discomfort In The Throat After Singing?

Hello! I sing a lot, and last night, after singing, I slept. When I woke up, my right side of the throat feels uncomfortable when I speak. When I yawn, it feels like the right side is jammed or something and doesn t relax. It pains very slightly. Also, as I looked at my throat in the mirror, there are some very fine ride lines, small. Please help.

Hi,
It sometimes happens when you use your voice too much, just give your throat a little rest, You will be fine. You can do warm saline gargles that will help.
