Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Nothing will happen usually Adams apple is movable along with trachea. If you have pain you take simple pain killer like paracetamol or aceclofenac or diclofenac etc. Use warm water for drinking. If no improvement please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
