Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Since when you're suffering from this condition? Possible causes are like:
1. GERD
2. Achalasia cardia
3. Barrets esophagitis
4. Pharygitis

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. If symptoms not improved please consult with your gastroenterologist he will do endoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
