Hi Okay - 9 days ago I had a casual encounter in the sauna with another guy. No oral, no anal. I did put my penis head on his anus a few times. On day 5/6 I noticed that after I urinate, there was some discomfort - no burning during the stream, but discomfort about half an inch below the head in the penile shaft. Now I see a little scab under the ridge of my penis head. It s not round, but linear, like there was a little cut or something..... After rechecking, it just fell off. There s no opening on the skin though... I went and got tested today - but a little worried... What could this be?
Hi and welcome to HCM. it sounds like urinary infection which is very common in women and usually caused by bacteria. These symptoms: blood in urine and burning pain suggest urinary infection, but can be seen in kidney stones and some other rare disorders of kidney. However,at this point you should visit your GP and do urine analysis and urinoculture. He will probably give you an antibiotic and it should be healed after 10 days. So there is nothing to be worried about, just do what I ve recommended. Wish you good health.
