What Causes Discomfort While On Treatment For Diabetes And BP?

I am diabetic with fasting 11.0 mmol and BP 150/95. i am taking glucophage 500 mg 1+1+1 daily, getryl 4mg 1+0+1 daily and Eaziday 50mg 1+0+1 daily.I am not comfortable when i get up after sitting. Kindly advice as to why i am not comfortable. All blood tests are normal within range. After 4 days of these above medicine BP dropped to 130/85 i want a free answer

Blood pressure fluctuations are quite common in diabetic individuals due to associated autonomic dysfunction.This can cause hypotension and symptoms of dizziness of mornings.I advice you to have periodic monitoring of your blood pressure and titrate the dosages of your antihypertensive drugs.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
