What Causes Distended Abdomen And Fever In A Toddler?

Hi,my 2yr son is having fever since 11days. during d earil days fever frequency was more. now its reducd 2 two tims per day.venever fever is coming he wil feel v tired. from 2 days som tims he s havin distention of abdomn. syr.calpol and tab. taxim o BD DAY4.Vat wil be the problem?

Give good probiotic to the kid. Abdomen distension would subside. Continue same treatment.
