What Causes Disturbance In Vision And Severe Joints Pain?

I am having symptoms of severe joint pain (large and small) general body up and including jaws. I thought it was arthritis as I was diagnosed in my 30 s with, comes and goes, osteo, but today I am weird vision symptoms: for about 10 seconds my eyes would not focus and were crossing. ? I have a history of glaucoma and my bp was 148/86. I am an RN and was just wondering what that could be?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be uveitis which is an inflammation of the inner layers of the eye and it is usually associated with arthritis. It need treatment in the form of steroid eye drops with a cycloplegic for a few days and it usually resolves . The joint pain needs to be urgently treated as uveitis occurs along with it only.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
